Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of store management to ensure its smooth operation and success. Your main duties will include: You will be in charge of staff management which involves hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees to maintain a motivated and efficient team. Develop strategies to increase sales and achieve financial targets, including motivating sales teams to drive sales and revenue generation. Manage inventory control by overseeing stock levels, ordering products, and ensuring timely replenishment to meet customer demand. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly, aiming to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. Oversee store operations on a daily basis, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. Manage financial aspects of the store by creating and monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and taking necessary actions to achieve financial goals. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as health and safety, employment, and licensing requirements to operate the store legally and ethically. Implement security measures to prevent theft and other losses, ensuring the safety and security of store assets and staff. Develop and execute marketing strategies and maintain visually appealing store displays to attract customers and drive sales through effective visual merchandising. This is a full-time position requiring you to work day shifts at our store located in Bardoli, Gujarat. The work location is in-person, and we prefer candidates who can work on-site to manage the store efficiently.,
