Store Keeper/Manager

Role Overview: As an event manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan the layout and setup of the venue for various events. This involves determining the placement of tables, chairs, and cutlery to ensure a seamless event experience. You will also be in charge of staffing, where you will strategize the number of staff required, including waiters, servers, and banquet captains. Managing finances is another crucial aspect of your role, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the event remains within budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: - Plan the layout and setup of the venue for events - Determine the placement of tables, chairs, and cutlery - Strategize the number of required staff including waiters, servers, and banquet captains - Manage finances by budgeting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring budget constraints are met - Oversee the event to ensure all customer needs are met and deliver a memorable experience for attendees - Collaborate with the chef to manage food and beverage offerings, brief them on meal courses, and handle beverage requests - Manage sales contract terms, supervise staff, provide training, schedule, hire, and potentially fire employees as needed - Maintain documentation, ensure schedules and timelines are accurately recorded, and comply with local laws and regulations - Inspect room setup before each event and ensure it is prepared for subsequent events Qualification Required: - At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office and front desk-receptionist duties - Total of 1 year of work experience - Proficiency in English is preferred - In-person work location (Note: Cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid time off are offered benefits for this full-time, permanent position.),
