Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to manage and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, timely material issuance, and proper documentation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain stock records, receipts, and issue documentation. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to management. Manage and organize materials, tools, and components efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment. Ensure all materials are stored safely and labelled correctly. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area. Support production or project teams with timely material availability. Required Skills: Good knowledge of inventory control and store management. Knowledge of bar coding, scanner and FiFo/LiFo. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/software entries. Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
