We are urgently looking for a skilled Commis 1 Tandoor Cook to join our culinary team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with North Indian cuisine and be well-versed in Tandoor operations. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook Indian breads (Naan, Roti, Kulcha, Paratha, etc.) using the Tandoor. Cook kebabs, tikkas, and other grilled items. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the Tandoor and surrounding area. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation. Ensure quality, taste, and presentation consistency. Manage inventory of Tandoor ingredients and report shortages. Required Experience:Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Tandoor Cook or Commis 1 in a reputed restaurant or hotel. Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marination, and grill techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Qualifications:Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred. Food safety certification is an added advantage.
