Job Description

Job Title: Store KeeperDepartment: Procurement / Logistics Location: [Project Site / Warehouse] Reports To: Project / Procurement Manager Job Summary:Responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and maintaining records for all interior fit-out supplies and tools. Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and store materials as per delivery notes. Issue materials to site teams based on requisitions. Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or software-based). Ensure proper storage and labeling of items. Prepare daily and monthly stock reports. Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material needs. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain store hygiene. Requirements:2–3 years’ experience in construction/interior contracting. Knowledge of fit-out materials (gypsum, laminates, hardware, etc.) Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software). Organized, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
