Job Title:Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out (Fresher) Location:Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Job Type:Full-time | On-site Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Fresher to join our Interior Fit-Out team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career and gain hands-on experience in interior construction and project coordination. Key Responsibilities:Assist senior engineers and site supervisors in day-to-day site operations Support execution of interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical & plumbing coordination Monitor material usage and site progress Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and quality standards Assist in preparing daily progress reports Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Maintain safety protocols and cleanliness at the site Requirements:Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Good understanding of basic construction principles and drawings Willingness to learn and work in fast-paced project environments Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to relocate and work at different project sites within the city Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office is a plus What We Offer:On-the-job training and mentorship Opportunity to work on real-time commercial and residential interior projects Career growth opportunities in civil and interior project management
