Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Planning Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the planning team with project schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring smooth project execution within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the senior management team. Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the project site. Assist in resource planning and allocation for various projects. Prepare and maintain reports, such as project status reports, resource utilization reports, etc. Identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks in the project timeline. Ensure all planning-related activities are in compliance with company standards and client requirements. Maintain proper documentation and filing of project-related documents. Ensure proper storage and labeling of items. Prepare daily and monthly stock reports. Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material needs. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain store hygiene. Requirements:2–3 years’ experience in construction/interior contracting. Knowledge of fit-out materials (gypsum, laminates, hardware, etc.) Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software). Organized, detail-oriented, and physically fit.
