Job Description

Role- Manager Store Operations

Location Manesar/ Gurugram HR

Exp 8-12 Years

Industry- Real Estate Developments

Role Objective:

Brief Role and Profile:

Sound knowledge of
Consumable in Real Estate and Construction: for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Firefighting and Project Finishing goods.
Material Receipt and Inspection: Verify documents for received materials.
Conduct physical checks and arrange for speedy inspection.
Raise Goods Inward Note (GIN) within 24 hours of material receipt.
Material Availability and Discrepancies: Notify user departments about material availability/non-availability.
Inform the Purchase department of any material/document discrepancies.
Stock Management and Records: Stock materials based on category and ensure proper tagging and stacking.
Maintain daily records of material receipt and consumption.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare monthly production # asset movement # and material reconciliation reports.
Record local purchases # bulk material records # and cash purchases.
Submit daily production reports and yearly reports as per HQ requirements.
Prepare
bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.
Process invoices, E-waybills and maintain store inventory: GIN # MRN # EMC # PRC # DC.
Follow industry standards for record-keeping and stock verification.
Maintenance of
Stocks and Inventory Records, Receiving, Inspecting and Storing of supplies and material transfers.
Record Inventory status, ERP, Raw material, Cost and Availability.
Preparation of Daily Monthly Consumption Report.
Gate-pass making for material and maintain record for Returnable-Non-Returnable Material
