Job Description:

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, procurement, and team supervision, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire store operations including inventory control, stock movement, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and plan procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely supply of materials.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and implement FIFO/LIFO as required.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the store.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
