Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects. Manage electrical site work, including installation, commissioning, and quality checks. Supervise junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance and training. Ensure all electrical systems adhere to safety codes and regulatory requirements. Prepare project documentation, including reports, estimates, and material specifications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering and project handling. Proficient in reading technical drawings and electrical schematics. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of safety procedures, standards (like IS/IEC), and quality systems. Familiar with industry tools and software for electrical design and analysis.
