Store In-charge

Position summary: Own and manage all store operations for raw material, bought-out items, consumables and job-work inflow/outflow. Maintain accurate stock, ensure proper gate pass systems, and support production with timely availability of material. Ensure records in ERP/Tally are correct and audits are clean. Key responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day functioning of the store — inward/outward of materials, GRN entries, issuing to production. • Maintain stock levels as per Minimum Stock Level (MSL); raise alerts / indents when replenishment is required. • Implement gate pass system (returnable & non-returnable); track outsourced job-work materials sent/received. • Carry out monthly/quarterly stock reconciliation; support annual physical verification & audits. • Ensure material is properly tagged, labeled and stored for easy identification. • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts to ensure smooth flow of material & documentation. • Maintain consumables & tools issue register; manage scrap returns and disposal. • Enforce safety, housekeeping, and 5S in store area. • Generate regular MIS reports (stock status, slow/non-moving items, shortages).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
