Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the store.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or slow-moving items.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Prepare and update stock registers, GRNs, and issue slips.
  • Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for documentation and verification.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures in the store.
  • Support audits by providing required inventory data and documents.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (ERP preferred).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle documentation and reports accurately.

Qualification:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
