Store Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive – Store Department to join our team. This role is vital to the efficiency of our store operations, involving inventory management, production and cost analysis, forecasting, and in-depth data evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

Ø Inventory Management

• Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Ensure accuracy of records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Maintain material storage and handling in line with internal standards.

Ø Production Analysis

• Track and report on material consumption in production processes.
• Analyse variances between planned vs. actual usage.
• Monitor waste and yield levels, proposing improvements where needed.

Ø Cost Analysis

• Evaluate cost efficiency in store operations.
• Identify and report cost leakages or inefficiencies.

Ø Forecasting & Projections

• Prepare forecasts for material requirements based on production trends.
• Support procurement with accurate data-driven projections.
• Contribute to long-term inventory and production planning.
• Perform root-cause analysis on inventory and cost-related anomalies.

What We’re Looking For:

Ø Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Math, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• CA Intermediate / Master’s in Finance/Accounting is preferred.

Ø Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management with strong analytical exposure.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Ø Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (FACT, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
