Job Description

We are looking for an experienced "Store Executive / Store Officer" to be part of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory management:
-
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock levels.
Material handling:
-
Ensure proper storage, FIFO implementation, and safe handling of shelflife/chemical items.
Documentation & compliance
:
- Prepare GRNs, challans, MIS reports, and ensure timely system updates.
Barcode & digital systems
: -
Use barcode scanners and ERP systems for material traceability and picking accuracy.
Coordination with production
:
-Align material issuance with production schedules, minimize downtime, and support smooth workflow
Safety & Housekeeping
: -
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain organized store operations.

Job Worker Coordination:

Manage OSP (Outside Processing) material movement and reconciliation.
Ensure timely closure of job worker challans (e.g., 57F4).
Track material sent to and received from job workers with proper documentation.
