Position Summary:

Position 1-

Major Responsibilities:

• Support in Winding , Assembly & ECM Product Line
• Machine selection, purchasing and commissioning along with CTQ's Establishment & Handed over to Production after Approval.
• Continuous improvement in Manufacturing Process by using Lean Tools. Line Balancing, Standard Work ,VSM, TPM, waste Identification, Kaizen, Gemba , Motion Study.
• Evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Ensure operations comply with safety and quality.
• Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop standardized operating instructions for Process
• Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
• Prepare reports summarizing information or trends related to manufacturing performance.
• Automation in across Plant
• To Eliminate waste from Current Manufacturing Process
• Enhance Safety Culture Thorough Engineering Controls where is Possible.
• Resource Planning Man, Machine & Method for optimization
• AutoCAD / Solid Works

Other Key Responsibilities:

• New Process design & Improvement in Current Process YOY
• Annual Manufacturing Budget Preparation and Control on Month over Month.
• Drive Manufacturing VCP
• NPD / Technology Transfer

Experience

Position 2-

Major Responsibilities:

• Support in Lamination , Rotor drop on & Shell Area
• Machine selection, purchasing and commissioning along with CTQ's Establishment & Handed over to Production after Approval.
• Continuous improvement in Manufacturing Process by using Lean Tools. Line Balancing, Standard Work ,VSM, Kaizen, Gemba , Motion Study.
• Provide technical expertise or support related to manufacturing.
• Waste Identification & Elimination from Current Manufacturing Process
• Enhance Safety Culture Thorough Engineering Controls where is Possible.
• Exposer on Material Handling , Quick Change Over , Positive Flow
• Good Exposer on JIT / Kanban , 6S
• AutoCAD / Solid Works

• Low Cost Automation
