Job Description

Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control. Maintains all records of materials in-out. Making ERP Entries, ie. GRN, Opening Stock. Executing all the Day-to-Day stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Maintain all store reports in Manual as well as in ERP Software. Maintain store stock register & assets stock register. Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment Maintaining the proper method of stock issues & the various levels of stock. Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to management. Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions. Handled Material packaging, labeling & dispatching etc. Every end of the month gives the available stock statement to the management.
