Knowledge for Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication Communicate red line changes to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology required.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF ACCOUNT: 1. Handling the Petty Cash and maintain the data in writing. 2. Responsible for cash Transaction. 3. Verify the invoice and preparing the supplier Cheque. 4. Verify the attendance sheet and transfer salary in account. 5. Maintaining of all regular accounting related to work like cash & bank Transaction, bank reconciliations statement. 6. Making invoice (Sales and Purchase), challan and cash voucher. 7. Calculating the GST and preparing the Challan. 8. Payment flow up of customer and short out the problem of them. 9. To co-ordinate for purchase orders and release of invoices. 10. Delivering work on trade monitor software. 11. Monitoring the work and working on Tally. Expected: 1. To recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options. 2. To summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. 3. To substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents. 4. To maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending legal policies and procedures. 5. To analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. 6. To develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. 7. To follow-up for the payments and c-forms

JOB DESCRIPTION OF PURCHASING ENGINEER:  1. Negotiation on cost, quantity and delivery with supplier based on costing references. 2. Conversant with Quality aspects of material. 3. Timely follow up with supplier for delivery of goods just in time. 4. Awareness about visual & dimensional inspection of raw, semi-finished & finished components. 5. Co-ordination with planning, production, accounts, finances dept for efficient flow of material & money. 6. Visiting vendor’s facility to verify the material content, process. 7. Review & analyze all vendors’ price option. 8. Planning the material based on Consumption. 9. Cost breakdown analysis of product cost given by vendor. 10. Procuring high quality & Cost –effective supplies. 11. After finish your work you should do work in production Department.
