The Store Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of F&B and retail store within the amusement park. This includes supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to safety, hygiene, and merchandising standards. This role contributes directly to enhancing the guest experience and maximizing sales.
Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN and proper accounting of the same
Ensure minimum stock level of each item maintained as prescribed in ERP,
1. Ensuring overall supervision and control over Retail & F&B items in store,
2. PR Creation for MIN/MAX Items when it reaches to Minimum Level,
3. Ensure Received Materials unpack, count, MRP checking and acknowledgment to vendor
4. Ensure material in place of respective Bin/area with an identification tag after GRN,
5. Documents Preparation for Materials Movements (Rejection Items, Branch transfers, RTV (DC, RDC & Declaration) ensure to follow as per the statuary compilation.
6. Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN and proper accounting of the same. Daily updating in ERP of store records like GRN, MRN, return from the site,
7. Ensure the minimum stock level of each item maintained as prescribed by the respective departments concerned based on the business.
8. Check the inventory through as per the stock count plan (Periodical) for better control of stock and ensure there is no excess/short without the reason,
9. Accuracy and timely completeness of specific assignments, Reports, effective managements store activities,
10. Implement & Maintain Effective Inventory control Methods in all Warehouse/Stores,
11. Manage storage, FIFO practices, and stock rotation
12. Inventory ageing & ABC analysis,
13. Tacking Effective steps for disposal of slow moving/Non-moving items & Managing consumable,
15. Ensure to share the Retail and F&B store Monthly MIS reports in accordance with the established guidelines.
16. Ensure the MRP barcode follows the applicable guidelines. In case of any revision, it must be updated at the store immediately
17. Handle reordering and restocking based on footfall and demand coordinate with the internal team.
18. Ensure timely escalation of shelf-life and near expiry items to the respective departments. Follow up to ensure proper consumption or return to the vendor in accordance with standard compliance procedures.
