Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN and proper accounting of the same. Daily updating in ERP of store records like GRN, MRN, return from the site, 7. Ensure the minimum stock level of each item maintained as prescribed by the respective departments concerned based on the business. 8. Check the inventory through as per the stock count plan (Periodical) for better control of stock and ensure there is no excess/short without the reason, 9. Accuracy and timely completeness of specific assignments, Reports, effective managements store activities, 10. Implement & Maintain Effective Inventory control Methods in all Warehouse/Stores, 11. Manage storage, FIFO practices, and stock rotation 12. Inventory ageing & ABC analysis, 13. Tacking Effective steps for disposal of slow moving/Non-moving items & Managing consumable, 14. Keep track on inter branch transfer of materials and necessary records and issue must be updated in the ERP . 15. Ensure to share the Retail and F&B store Monthly MIS reports in accordance with the established guidelines. 16. Ensure the MRP barcode follows the applicable guidelines. In case of any revision, it must be updated at the store immediately 17. Handle reordering and restocking based on footfall and demand coordinate with the internal team. 18. Ensure timely escalation of shelf-life and near expiry items to the respective departments. Follow up to ensure proper consumption or return to the vendor in accordance with standard compliance procedures. Team Leadership Lead, schedule, and supervise front-line staff in Retail & F&B stores Provide training on SOPs and POS systems Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or Business Administration. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in retail/F&B operations, preferably in high-footfall areas like theme parks, airports, Retail shops or malls. Strong leadership, people management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with POS systems, ERP and basic MS Office tools. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours. Job Summary: Materials receipt, physical verification, GRN posting in SAP, Materials Issue to Production in FIFO, Proper storage & preservation of materials. Perpetual Inventory, monthly & quarterly physical inventory. 5S systems, Kaizen, Maintain safety of 3M & quality standard. Roles & Responsibilities: Incoming materials documents verification, receipt & acknowledge, if any transit damaged report the same immediately to concern dept. Ensure physical verification as per Invoice/packing list, if any discrepancy found, inform to the buyer with proper supporting documents. GRN posting in SAP & storage right materials in right location as per WMS systems. Ensure material stored in defined bin location as per WMS systems. Period physical inventory & perpetual inventory of store material. Maintain 5S & take initiative for Kaizen implementation, good housekeeping of materials storage area. Operation wise advance Kit preparation for electrical/electronic materials. Materials issued to production against operation wise reservation. Follow safety rules & regularization strictly at Plant. Co-ordinate with team for shift wise timely materials feeding to assembly line. Work experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in inventory control management in electrical/electronic manufacturing company. Must be aware of liquidation of valuated scarp & hazardous material as per defined guidelines. Must be aware of perpetual inventory/stock audit, write-off the inventory stock if any deviation with proper approval. Preparation of stores MIS report receipt vs issues.
