Job Description

As a Senior Stores Officer, you will be responsible for independently handling the stores operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating SAP operational knowledge and skills - Managing sub-con activities - Utilizing STO knowledge effectively - Leading and managing a team - Conducting audits for IATF, EMS & OHSAS compliance - Managing both direct and indirect stores - Overseeing scrap disposal activities - Handling stores documentations - Managing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) - Implementing inventory management strategies - Implementing 5S activities for efficiency - Understanding debit/credit notes processes - Ensuring material stock accuracy - Completing stock accounting, variance analysis, and reconciliation through P.I. - Monitoring and ensuring all stores activities align with SOPs and requirements, including FIFO method - Maintaining perpetual inventory accuracy - Managing non-moving inventory effectively - Coordinating with other departments - Possessing knowledge of hazardous waste disposal practices If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.,
