Job Description

As a candidate for this role based in Oragadam, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks related to receipts planning, stock transfers, acknowledgements, monitoring, material issues, inventory management, rejection dispatch, and document verification. Your qualifications should include a B.E/B.Tech degree. Key Responsibilities: - Plan receipts effectively - Manage inter plant stock transfers, ensuring accuracy between documents and dispatch - Handle acknowledgements such as 541/351 - Monitor and clear GRN (Goods Receipt Note) discrepancies - Issue materials according to the plan - Dispatch rejections to suppliers - Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy - Map bins accurately and track discrepancies in document dispatch - Track pending acknowledgements from suppliers and internal customers - Monitor GR (Goods Receipt) pendency exceeding 7 days - Verify details against gate entry physically and in the system, noting any errors - Implement material issue control systems for parts through acknowledgements and pull lists - Coordinate documents pending for gate exit and manual documents pending over 3 days - Conduct cycle counts for parts regularly - Address parts pending for bin mapping - Provide receipt acknowledgment to suppliers Please note that this role may involve additional responsibilities not listed here, and as a candidate, you should be prepared to adapt to the dynamic needs of the company.,
