Job Description-

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track, organize, and manage stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and identifying slow-moving or non-moving items.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Staff Supervision: Train, guide, and supervise store staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies.
• Sales and Merchandising: Work with store management to develop strategies to increase sales, monitor merchandising, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the store or warehouse environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within retail operations or inventory management.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various store responsibilities.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
• Retail Knowledge: A strong understanding of retail operations, inventory systems, and customer service.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
