Store Executive-Composites Manufacturing

Role Purpose:

Responsible for managing the stores function in a composite manufacturing setup, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods. The role requires strong inventory control, ERP handling, compliance with safety and quality standards, and close coordination with procurement, production, and dispatch teams.

The vacancy is for Mobility Composites solution(Arvind Advance Materials Limited)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stores & Inventory Management

• Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of raw materials (fiberglass, resins, chemicals, fillers, reinforcements, etc.).
  
• Maintain accurate stock records and update ERP systems regularly (SAP / similar).
  
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and batch traceability for critical materials.
  
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  

2. Material Handling & Preservation

• Ensure safe and proper storage of hazardous materials (chemicals, resins, adhesives) in compliance with MSDS guidelines.
  
• Maintain correct storage conditions for temperature- and moisture-sensitive materials.
  
• Ensure calibration, tools, and spares are properly managed.
  

3. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with purchase and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  
• Support production planning through accurate material status reporting.
  
• Facilitate timely dispatches and coordination with logistics teams.
  

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure adherence to ISO, EHS, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Facilitate internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.
  
• Maintain records for batch traceability and statutory reporting.
  

5. Team & Process Improvement

• Supervise and train store staff/workers for efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Drive process improvements in material handling, stock accuracy, and cost optimization.
