Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and suppliesMaintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularlyIssue materials as per project/site requirements and maintain proper documentationConduct periodic stock verification and reconciliationCoordinate with purchase and billing departments for stock planning and reportingEnsure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materialsMonitor slow-moving or surplus stock and report discrepanciesMaintain store hygiene, safety standards, and material traceabilityGenerate regular stock reports for management and project teams
