Job Description 1. Job Title: Stores & Dispatch Executive 2. Job Brief: The role requires taking responsibility for day to day running of raw material and finished goods stores. This role also requires interdepartmental coordination for smooth receipt & issue of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. 3. Responsibilities: a) Core Responsibilities – Registers RMR & PckR 1. Receiving and Issuing Raw Materials & Packaging Materials 2. Updating Inventory 3. Inventory Management – Storage System, FIFO, Inventory Verification and Monthly Reporting WIPR 1. Receiving and issuing Cores and Raw Balls 2. Updating Inventory 3. Inventory Verification and Monthly Reporting FGR 1. Packaging and labelling as per Packing Standards 2. Receiving and dispatching Finished Goods 3. Inventory Management – Storage System, Inventory Verification and Monthly Reporting b) Cover Responsibilities – 1. Local Purchases 2. Daily Production Data Entry 4 . Qualification Degree/Diploma (any stream) Experience Total 2-4 Years of Experience in Stores & Dispatch Technical/Functional Expertise Inventory Management Data Entry Reporting Communication 5. Reporting to QC Head 6.
