Store & Dispatch Executive

A packing and checking store executive ensures products are accurately packed, quality standards are met, and inventory is managed efficiently. Key responsibilities include verifying product details against documentation, selecting and preparing appropriate packaging materials, inspecting packed items for damage, maintaining accurate packing records, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The role also involves coordinating with other departments, managing stock levels, and potentially supervising junior staff to optimize the packing process.

• Quality Control: Examine packed items for defects or damage, ensuring they meet quality and company standards before shipment.
• Accuracy Verification: Verify product quantities, specifications, and shipping details against packing slips, invoices, and order forms.
• Material Management: Gather, prepare, and assemble appropriate packaging materials, ensuring proper sizing and protection for products.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packed items, material usage, and shipment details.
• Coordination: Collaborate with production, quality control, logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Safety & Hygiene:Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining the cleanliness of the packing area.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and finished goods, ensuring availability for dispatch.
