Job Summary:

Mahadev Turntech Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in precision brass components manufacturing, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Jamnagar team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for turning and milling operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and revise CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens/other controllers) for turning/milling centers.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to generate accurate machining instructions.
• Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds based on material and machine capabilities.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and make necessary program adjustments.
• Work closely with machine operators and quality inspectors to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain and update program documentation and tool lists.
• Optimize machining processes for productivity and tool life.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CNC programs, tooling, or machining processes.
• Maintain proper records of programs, revisions, and related documents.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing setup (preferably brass industry).
• Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Edgecam, Fusion 360).
• Solid understanding of machining operations, tools, and materials (brass, etc.).
• Experience with Fanuc / Siemens / other CNC control systems.
• Knowledge of quality control tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols.

Pay: ₹11,271.21 - ₹50,000.00 per month
