Store Associate

KEy Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and provide product information.
• Maintain stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock deliveries.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle billing, cash register, and POS system (if applicable).
• Assist with inventory checks and stock audits.
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to management.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail/store environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills (for billing, if required).
• Physically fit and able to lift stock (if needed).
