Job Description

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the start of the shift. Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure proper functioning. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects or inconsistencies. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues when they arise. Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about equipment status and production flow. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
