Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of furniture production workers and machine operators.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure all furniture products are manufactured in accordance with design specifications and company quality standards.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery, ensuring proper functioning and routine maintenance.
• Train new staff on equipment use, production techniques, and safety procedures.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays or product defects.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with design, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline processes.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in carpentry or furniture making is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in furniture production, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
