Bachelors degree in Engineering / Production, Industrial / Manufacturing / Operations Management, or related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industries exposed to machine shop with various conventional machines Like Lathe, Drilling, Milling, Grinding, Boring and CNC machines like VMC, CNC lathes. with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Should have extensive knowledge in machining process for Aluminium Casting Component machining, Stainless steel and Cast Iron component machining. - Should have knowledge of Quality management processes and standards in Machine and assembly shop - Experience in Electrical Assembly of Motors, controllers, PLC controlling units will be added advantage - Proficiency in manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, production planning software, and quality control tools - Strong communication and leadership skills - Experience in continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred - Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and production planning principles Location-Thane kalher Rajlaxmi complex
