Primary duties and responsibilities Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information to create a welcoming atmosphere. Sales: Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services, potentially using upselling techniques. Transactions: Process customer payments, handle returns and exchanges, and issue receipts using the company's POS system. Store maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and tidy. Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
