Store Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing inventory, material handling, and SAP MM operations. Your role will involve maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock levels, receiving incoming materials, and ensuring proper storage and labeling. Additionally, you will be required to enter goods receipts and issues in SAP MM, track stock movements, and coordinate with procurement and finance teams. Your attention to detail and adherence to inventory management principles will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate stock records in SAP MM. - Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests. - Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. - Receive incoming materials, inspect for quality, and verify documentation. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials. - Issue materials as per production or department requirements. - Enter goods receipts (GRN) and goods issues in SAP MM. - Track stock movements and generate reports. - Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for GRN approvals and invoice matching. - Maintain records of receipts, issues, and stock balances. - Ensure compliance with FIFO, LIFO, or other inventory management principles. Qualification Required: - Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Mechanical. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP MM module, MS Excel, and inventory tracking tools.
