Store Assistant

· Inventory Management: Receiving, inspecting, and recording all incoming supplies (medical/non-medical) against purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation.

· Stock Control: Maintaining organized storage, proper labelling, and batch tracking, and monitoring expiry dates; ensuring adequate stock levels for all departments.

· Issuing & Distribution: Issuing materials to departments based on authorized requests (indents) and coordinating timely delivery.

· Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate stock registers and supporting monthly/annual stock audits.

· Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, hygiene, safety, and quality standards; disposing of obsolete items.

· Coordination: Liaising with Purchase, Accounts, and other hospital departments for deliveries, invoices, and replenishment needs.

· Reporting: Assisting in reports on stock movement, consumption, and slow-moving items.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree

· Experience: 2 to 5 years.

· Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

· Understanding of safety & hygiene protocols.

· Time management and adaptability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
