Store Assistant

The job involves responsibilities related to inventory management, material handling, SAP MM operations, coordination, and documentation in a manufacturing environment. You will be required to maintain accurate stock records in SAP MM, monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and initiate replenishment requests. Additionally, you will handle incoming materials, ensure proper storage, labeling, and issue materials as per production requirements. Your role will also include entering goods receipts and issues in SAP MM, tracking stock movements, generating reports, and coordinating with procurement and finance teams for approvals and invoice matching. As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain records of receipts, issues, and stock balances while ensuring compliance with inventory management principles such as FIFO, LIFO, etc. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Mechanical, with at least 2 years of experience in inventory management. Proficiency in SAP MM module, MS Excel, and inventory tracking tools is required for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is on-site.,
