MIS Assistant – Production Entry (SAP)

Key responsibilities:-

• Enter daily production data in SAP (Shift-wise / Machine-wise / Material-wise).
• Ensure accuracy of production entries (output, rejections, scrap, consumption, downtime, etc.).
• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor material consumption vs. standard norms and highlight variances.
• Maintain records for machine utilization, manpower deployment, and efficiency (OEE inputs).
• Coordinate with production, stores, and quality teams for timely data collection and validation.
• Assist in generating MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Support in stock reconciliation between SAP and physical stock.
• Highlight system / entry errors immediately for correction.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company SAP data protocols.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of SAP (PP/MM module preferred).
• Good in MS Excel & report preparation.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
• Knowledge of production terminology (Nos., MT, cycle time, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in MIS / Production data entry (preferably in manufacturing industry).
• SAP experience is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
