Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kota for a Store Assistant. The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing daily store operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and organizing stock. Additional duties include supporting retail sales, ensuring proper documentation of purchases and returns, and helping with staff training and coordination to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address customer needs and maintain a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Retail Sales and an ability to directly assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain store orderliness, and handle administrative tasks as required.
Experience in Training and supporting team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
Flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities and working collaboratively as part of a team.
