Job Summary: The Store Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the store area is clean, organized, and safe. Key Responsibilities: Assist in receiving incoming materials and verifying them with purchase orders. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Issue materials to departments as per requisition. Maintain proper records of stock in the inventory management system or manually. Update stock levels and report shortages to the Store Incharge. Participate in regular stock audits and physical verification of items. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of inventory. Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
