Key Responsibilities MIS & Data Management Collect, organize, and maintain data from sales, inventory, and operations. Generate reports on KPIs, sales trends, and business performance using Excel & MIS tools. Maintain accuracy and integrity of databases; ensure data quality. Create PivotTables, charts, and dashboards for management decision-making. Executive Assistance Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle day-to-day coordination. Draft, review, and manage documentation, reports, and communication records. Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams. New Vendor Development Follow up on delegated tasks, ensuring timely closure and reporting. Skills Required Advanced Excel & MIS skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation, INDEX-MATCH, etc.). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . Strong proficiency in Looker Studio Excellent communication and organizational abilities . Strong multitasking & follow-up skills with attention to detail. Ability to coordinate seamlessly with leadership, teams, and external stakeholders. Education & Experience Graduate (any stream; business/commerce preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data reporting, or executive assistance. JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure timely reordering of supplies. Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure they meet the resort’s quality standards. Storage and Organization: Organize and store items efficiently, ensuring easy accessibility and minimal wastage. Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers. Coordination: Coordinate with the housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and front office departments to understand their needs and provide necessary supplies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the storage areas. Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock levels, usage, and any discrepancies for management review. Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation by providing accurate information on stock levels and requirements. Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices. SKILLS REQUIRED Experience in inventory management and Hospitality Softwares.
