Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day store activities, ensuring smooth operations and inventory control.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, material receipts, and dispatches.
  • Ensure timely and proper documentation of goods received and issued.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  • Prepare and share inventory reports with the management team.
  • Material Handling:
  • Coordinate material loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe handling practices.
  • Supervise and assist labourers/workers during material handling to prevent damages.
  • Ensure proper storage of materials in designated areas.
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Liaise with vendors and transporters for material deliveries and shipments.
  • Verify quality and quantity of materials received as per purchase orders.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines in all store operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in store management or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control practices.
  • Proficiency in handling material loading and unloading processes.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
