Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement of goods and services required for hotel operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Manage inventory levels for all departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation. Implement and maintain inventory control processes to minimize wastage and optimize stock levels. Monitor storage conditions to ensure proper handling and prevent damage or spoilage. Coordinate with department heads to forecast purchasing needs based on occupancy and event requirements. Conduct regular audits of stock levels and prepare detailed inventory reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to procurement and storage. Support cost-saving initiatives and contribute to budgeting and cost-control strategies.
