Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Storage Administrator

with expertise in managing and supporting enterprise storage solutions. The candidate should be well-versed in storage architecture, backup solutions, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain NetApp and Commvault storage solutions.
Manage and support environments on Windows and Linux platforms.
Ensure data backup and recovery using leading backup tools.
Work with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix.
Implement and adhere to IT support frameworks like ITIL.
Use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident/change management.

Required Skills

Strong architecture experience with NetApp/Commvault.
Expertise in Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix.
Hands-on experience in backup management and recovery.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
