Job Title:

Stibo Step MDM Specialist

Experience Required:

5 8 Years

Work Location : Chennai , Mumbai

Job Purpose / Summary:

As a member of the

PIM (Product Information Management)

team, you will support key users from multiple countries and business units of

Saint-Gobain

. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs, design user-friendly solutions, configure the

Stibo Step MDM

platform, and coordinate with technical teams for development when required. You will play a key role in optimizing business processes and ensuring best practices are followed within the PIM solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and understand business requirements; formalize and present the proposed solutions.
Configure
Stibo Step MDM
, including products and entities setup, attributes, web UI components, data import/export, metrics, and workflows.
Test the implemented configurations and ensure
no regression
in existing functionalities.
Participate in
implementation projects
and provide ongoing support for PIM-related activities.
Collaborate and coordinate effectively with other technical and functional team members.
Ensure the usage of
Stibo best practices
during configuration and deployment.
Support and mentor
junior team members
within the PIM function.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Timely and accurate analysis and documentation of business requirements.
Quality and completeness of
Stibo Step MDM configurations
and solutions.
Minimal regression defects post-deployment.
Effective collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.
Adherence to
best practices
and
project timelines
.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in
Information Systems
,
Computer Science
, or a related field.
3 to 5 years
of hands-on experience with
Stibo Step MDM configuration
in international environments.

Functional Skills / Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work
autonomously
and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in translating business needs into technical configurations.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
