Steward/Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our team as Stewards. The Steward will be responsible for assisting in restaurant operations, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Provide menu knowledge and make basic suggestions to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and properly set.
• Support senior staff in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Handle guest queries politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in F&B service (hospitality background preferred).
• Good communication skills and a polite, customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages (training will be provided).
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
