Steward

Job Summary:

ZOCA Café, Bhiwani is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Stewards to join our service team. As a Steward in our multi-cuisine restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining table settings, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely and assist in seating them.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Refill water, replace cutlery, and attend to guest needs during service.
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards of ZOCA Café.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the captain or supervisor.
• Handle guest queries or minor complaints and escalate major concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations at all times.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in a steward/waiter/service staff role (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Basic knowledge of multi-cuisine food & beverage service (training will be provided).
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be polite, punctual, and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)
• Local language proficiency, along with basic Hindi or English

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (Lunch/Dinner)
• Must be available on weekends, holidays, and special events
