Job Purpose:

To provide courteous, efficient, and prompt service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards of Donmai Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages as per standards.
• Ensure timely clearing of tables and resetting for the next guests.
• Attend to guests’ needs and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.

Operational Duties:

• Set up dining areas, including tables, cutlery, glasses, and linen, before service.
• Support the service team during busy hours and ensure smooth service flow.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order delivery and presentation.
• Follow up on any special dietary requirements or preferences.
• Handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware with care.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in service areas.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and restaurant guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or breakages to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure personal grooming and uniform standards are maintained at all times.

Teamwork & Coordination:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations.
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Assist in mise-en-place and closing duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Hotel Management diploma or certificate preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or premium restaurant.
• Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Marathi).
• Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,513.65 - ₹21,564.03 per month
