Job Description: You are being sought after to join our team as a Steward at our Dhanbad (Bankmore) location. Your role will involve ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in food and beverage service to provide a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner. - Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. - Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations. - Assist in table setting, service preparation, and clearing post-service. - Follow hygiene and safety standards in handling food and beverages. - Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service. - Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to queries and concerns. - Support in inventory checks and restocking as required. Qualifications & Requirements: - Minimum 10th pass; 12th or diploma in hotel management preferred. - Prior experience as a steward/waiter is an advantage. - Good communication skills and polite behavior. - Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude. - Ability to work in a team and under pressure. - Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
