Requirements: - Prior experience in banquets is beneficial but not essential. - Possess a hands-on approach with a can-do work style. - Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry. - Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks, and uphold personal integrity. - Proficiency in working with IT systems on various platforms. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
