About the Role

Are you passionate about teaching and technology?

STEM Trainers

As a STEM Trainer, you’ll be trained on our curriculum and deployed in schools to conduct hands-on sessions that inspire creativity, problem-solving, and innovation!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  screenless robotics training sessions

  for students in Grades 4-10
• Use activity kits and simple electronics to deliver STEAM lessons
• Guide students in building robotics projects using real-world components
• Maintain classroom discipline, safety, and engagement during sessions
• Coordinate with school staff and RoboticsPro team to ensure smooth operations
• Report student progress and provide feedback to the RoboticsPro team
  

Who can Apply?

• Students pursuing B.Sc, B.E, or B.Tech

  looking for a meaningful internship

• Diploma holders

  in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• Freshers or Educators

  with a passion for STEM teaching
• A minimum

  1-year commitment

  is mandatory

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of

  Python

  and basic

  electronics

  (bonus, not mandatory)
• Good

  spoken English

  and classroom communication skills
• Interest in

  Robotics, Education, or Maker-based Learning

• Willingness to travel to nearby schools (within a 5–10 km radius)
• A strong sense of

  responsibility, punctuality, and enthusiasm

  for teaching
