Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM/Robotics Trainer located in Noida. The STEM/Robotics Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging educational content in STEM and robotics. Daily tasks include conducting hands-on training sessions, maintaining and troubleshooting robotic equipment, and supporting students in their learning and project development. Trainers will also engage in preventive maintenance and robotic welding activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Skills in Robotics, Robotic Welding, and Robot operation
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in STEM and robotics
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in an educational or makerspace setting is a plus
