The person will be overall responsible for:
i.
Project design and development of proposals based on programmatic guidelines, requests from the program and resource mobilisation teams
ii.
Budget Management of all projects being implemented in the state
iii.
Supervision of all the projects in the state of Uttarakhand
iv.
Effective supervision of all project field staff
v.
Project reporting and evaluation in line with guidance shared by program team and donors.
vi.
Assist State Head and the national CSR team for all proposal related tasks.
vii.
Project Monitoring through regular visits to field areas
viii.
Impact assessment of projects being implemented
ix.
Any other programme related activities as per states requirements


Requirements

The successful candidate will be:
i.
MSW / PG in social work / sociology with at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience.
ii.
Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
iii.
Should have good presentation and PR skills
iv.
Should be computer savvy
v.
Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization
